Refund Policy

At MAYHEMBALLTOURWORLD, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policies before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once your order enters processing or shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies for administrative and payment processing costs.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Contact service@mayhemballtourworld.shop before returning any items.

3. Refunds

  • Issued for late, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Documentation (photos, video, order number) is required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, but return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

4. Exchanges

  • Replacements are shipped free if the item is undelivered due to carrier error.

  • If incorrect shipping info is provided by the customer, the replacement cost is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Limitations

  • Orders delayed due to customer errors are not eligible for refunds.

  • Pre-orders and custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery are not reimbursed.
